The whole project and the entire team works on the plan - business idea of the project Manager. Sometimes it's easy while other times it's too difficult. This is a complete chaos and you are not a boss nor a manager anymore.

You need to set double deadline to your project. Sometimes you will not feel to work on the project but you must complete it on time. You have to get self-motivated and you must motivate the team members also. Clients must be happy with your work and you have to be one step ahead. But rarely it's good to say NO
