I recently learnt about seth godin's freelancer course on udemy and "this is marketing" book from the same author.

Seth Godin mostly writes about marketing, project management and how to do deliver the right product or service to the right person. His interviews are very popular on youtube. Recently I got a chance to read the book - the dip

So why should you be the project manager?

The whole project and the entire team works on the plan - business idea of the project Manager. Sometimes it's easy while other times it's too difficult. How would you feel in a situation when you have less motivated team members and non-cooperative clients. One more thing to add , the technology is too tough to work on. This is a complete chaos and you are not a boss nor a manager anymore.

You need to set double deadline to your project. Sometimes you will not feel to work on the project but you must complete it on time. You have to get self-motivated and you must motivate the team members also. Clients must be happy with your work and you have to be one step ahead. But rarely it's good to say NO

What are you reading today? | Books wednesday

sometime you should spend time away from coding I am reading/planning to read 2 books today. I may not be able to complete them on the same day but I used to scan and focus on the interesting parts. If something is interesting, then I take a pic and post on instagram. Like most of the book readers too, I focus on 2-3 a week. No one can read if they don't have that enough practice. Most of the books I review, I get from my friends or some of them are old books bought when I was 10-15 years. @selfsage Posting this on instagram gives me a feeling that I must read this book faster and complete no matter what.
